In order to offer employees the option of selecting a dental plan with a higher level of reimbursement, the County and Board of Social Services offer the Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier Plan. To find a participating PPO or Premier Dentist click on the applicable oval below, then click on the link to "Delta Central". At the bottom of the page, click on "Find a Dentist". Select Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier, enter your zip code and click "Search" for a Dentist. The site will direct you to a listing of participating Dentists in your area.

The Plan of Benefits are detailed in the link entitled "Delta Premier Plan Summary. Dental professionals participating in the Delta Dental PPO and Premier networks are not contractually permitted to balance bill the patient for any charges other than the deductible and coinsurance as detailed in the Delta PPO Plus Premier Plan Summary.

The Delta Premier Plan is offered to employees as a buy up option. This means that employees will be required to pay for the incremental cost of the Premier Plan over the Traditional Plan through payroll deduction. The buy up cost shown below will be added to the Traditional Delta Dental Plan Chapter 78 contribution to comprise the total payroll amount deducted.
